Tried many greens over the years and recently came across supergreen tonic and immediately liked the message of transparency, knowing whats inside each scoop. Taste is okay, easy to drink and seem to have more energy.

I do not like the taste of the green mix & am so sorry I bought 3 containers.

I think that products like these should be heavily supported by governments worldwide, so that everyone regardless of income could benefit from them, while products that negatively impact our health and environment should be heavily taxed, but that unfortunately is not the case, and this is also not the forum for a political debate. It is what it is. Anyway, when that is said, this product is, in my opinion, worth it. Investing into your own health is always worth it, especially when the product delivers. And, in my experience, this one does. 100%.

I have been a fan of human tonik for over a year and been waiting for probiotics because they are not inside Green tonik. Just ordered and excited to improve my gut health too!

Overall the mint taste is fine to good, no issues there. After purchasing the product, and studying the nutritional components more closely and seeing 10.9mg of iron is bummer. I should have looked closer prior to purchasing, as an adult male (50+) adding this as a daily supplement, plus other iron from normal food intake is really too much iron. I will intermittently drink it, but they should cut that way back or may age/gender based products.

Most every broad supplement for men >50 years old has 0% iron for a reason.
