REFUND PROMISE

If, upon trying ONE tub of our Tonik, you don’t believe it has any beneficial effect and isn’t completely satisfied with your experience, then email our customer service at cs(at)humantonik.com or contact our support, return your used as well as your unused tubs, and we’ll refund your purchase within 7-14 business days.

The money-back-guarantee only applies if the following conditions are met:

You contact us within 365 days of the order date displayed on your invoice
Only ONE TUB has been opened, and all other tubs are sealed, untampered with, and in a re-saleable condition.

When returning all your tubs to us, we suggest using a tracked service, as we cannot refund you any items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.

Once we have received your return and checked it satisfies the above return conditions, we will process your refund payment minus any original shipping costs back using the payment method used during your order minus a $15 (USD) admin “re-stocking” fee.

Please note that we can only refund the original payment method and account used in the original order.

Please note: The “bottle” is non-refundable; We deduct the price paid for the bottle’s original cost from the refund amount.

Once an RMA number has been issued, we ask customers to return their order within 30-days.

What happens if I do not receive my order?

Reach out to our support staff within 60 days of placing your order so we can investigate what has happened with your order.

Return To Sender

If items are unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address/ not called for/ unable to forward/ returned to sender, OR not picked up in the time frame given by your local carrier — once we receive your return, we will issue a refund minus the initial shipping cost and the $30 handling fee. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide a replacement order, and you will be required to place a new order.
