Why is Supergreen Tonik and Magne Tonik not in one?
Ideally, mixing the magnesium into our greens blend makes sense, however, because of the amount of magnesium required to be bioavailble we decided to make an easy-to-swallow capsule instead.
We didn't want to reduce the ingredients in our super greens formula too!
When should I take the Green and Magne Tonik?
Supergreen Tonik is best consumed during the morning or afternoon as it helps to provide nutrients and energy throughout the day.
You can take two capsules of Magne Tonik at any time during the day, but if you're looking to improve sleep quality then in the evening a few hours before bed is recommended.
Can I take the Green and Magne Tonik together?
Absolutely, although we suggest taking them before 6pm to ensure our greens do not give you energy that could lessen the effectiveness of magnesium helping you to sleep.
